@martinv This new print looks a lot better than your first one, I guess that different filament types play a role as well, have checked you Z axis for calibration and have you tried different filament temps?.
Yes I printed the bed wire covers in yellow to keep things neater and safer "240 mains" after all, along with a host of other mods.

RE: Duet 3 Mini 5+ Tevo Little Monster conversion
I use an 0.6 nozzle on my very modified "Little Monster" which was relatively easy to dial in, looking at yours there could be some over extruding going on, have you calibrated your extruder?.

RE: After update to 3.5.0-beta.4 - wifi module reported failed
@droftarts that seems to have fixed this issue, thank you

RE: After update to 3.5.0-beta.4 - wifi module reported failed
I have also seen the same issue using the DuetWiFiServer firmware 2.1beta4 with my Duet2 Wi-Fi, with YAT connected I get SPI errors" unable to get WIFI module status" but on returning to version 1.27 it works ok.

Look's like you have duplicated the same link for all other Duet users

RE: Bltouch randomly deploys probe
Which version firmware are you using, as I recall this issue on an older version

RE: Chip burned... I need a new one :(
I have a new unused one that you can have cheap, what's your location?

RE: Burnt board
As this is the 2nd ground loop issue in a short time frame, it might be a good idea to have a refresh on, https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/USB_ground_loops

@bearer I am thinking ground loop unfortunately

RE: Another Predator
Based on the video it looks to me that your nozzle is still slightly to high and your printing your first layer to fast, your print moves also seem quite jerky. Have you lubricated the haydn magball ends as he recommends ? https://www.magballarms.com/

RE: Another Predator
You need to run G32 in your start gcode before every print and it might be a good idea to run G29 to load the bed mesh as well, then recall it with G29 S1
-
RE: Another Predator
@Carlo can we see your start gcode from your slicer?, you using G32 (calibrate) before printing?, maybe G29 S1 to load the bed mesh?
-
RE: Another Predator
yes correct, which version of the firmware is being used? as it's confusing
-
RE: Another Predator
@Carlo Your active high endstops are incorrect, should be M574 X2 Y2 Z2 S1 ; Set active high endstops.
It also looks like you have both RR3 and RR2 configs in your config.g ? file -
RE: [not yet solved] Tevo Little Monster DuetWifi errors
I have heard that the carbon rod's on these printer's can be out in relation to each other by quite a lot, so check them first before spending any money.
