I ended up resetting my laptop OS and am now able to upload large files.
I appreciate all of you help and suggestions.

Ok, first off I want to thank this community for always being willing to help out.
I think probing that one point twice that @BoA pointed out was the issue. I updated my bed.g file and all seems good now.
