MANUAL END STOP OPERATED BY G CODE ??
-
HI GUYS I HAVE A TEVO BLACK WIDOW ON DUET WIFI AND PAANELDUE 5I ,
PREVIUOSLY BEFORE THE DUET UPGRADE I HAD INSTALLED A SWITCH ON TO THE Y AXIS CLOSE TO THE END OF ITS TRAVEL AND IN THE END SCRIPT G CODE IN S3D I EDITED TO SEND THE TABLE 5MM PAST THE LOCATION OF THE THE SWITCH .... SO AT END OF PRINT PRINTER HOTEND AND BED WOULD COOL DOWN THEN MOVE TABLE FORWARD HITTING THE SWITCH AND SHUTTING THE MACHINE OFF. BUT NOW SINCE USING THE DUET THAT CODE IN S3D SEEMS TO GET OVER RIDDEN SOME HOW AS IT WONT MOVE BED FORWARD TO OFF POSITION ANYMORE .DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE AND WHAT I NEED TO PUT INTO THE CONFIG.G FILE?????? -
SORRY MY HEADING SHOULD HAVE BEEN MANUAL ENDSTOP SWITCH OPERATED BY G CODE.

Maybe it would help to add M564 S0 in your end script to allow movement beyond axis limits (see https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/GCode#Section_M564_Limit_axes) before doing your move to trigger the power down button.
