List items like default heater temps, bed temps dont survive

After I have changed the heater and bed set point options under list itmes and apply them they dont seem to be seen across reboots or using different web browser devices?

Those settings are saved in web browser cookies. So, to have them on all devices, you'll have to set them on each device. If they don't survive a reboot, then those cookies are being deleted.
