Chimera / Delta / Effector tilt
-
Hi,
I was wondering about fitting a Chimera hotend / dual extruder to a 3d printer. However it's a delta type printer (Anycubic Kossel Plus)And one of the issues can be effector tilt and the offset of the extruder.
I was wondering, does the duet firmware have options to compensate for this?- Can you set different offsets for different heads?
- Considering effector tilt might be a consideration is there an option to compensate for this? I'm thinking perhaps multiple / different calibration settings on the bed based on the tool in use.

Okay I managed to answer one of my own questions
G10 can be used for different tool offsetsBut I'm still wondering if it's possible to have different G30 / G29 / M665 / M666 settings for different tools, to compensate for any effector tilt

Enough effector tilt to affect the Z of an offset nozzle will also totally destroy X/Y accuracy.
