Idea for Z-probe

Do you have an idea which Z-probe type works best for my print head?

Prints on glass, Buildtak or Alu Pei plate

I've bought an IR probe (mini-difference IR sensor), but the assembly for my little printhead is not optimal and measures again and again something wrong.

Probably because my printing surfaces are not quite intact, already have a few scratches quirks.
