Low print quality Anycubic i3 Mega with Duet Wifi

Ok, now we are getting somewhere. Can you also post your gcode for that file. Which slicer are you using? Also, I would bring your extruder current down to 1000. Its better to run the motors lower as it keeps them from getting too hot.
When you say same thing happens for the next layer, do you mean for all walls or only inside wall it seems to have an issue? Which extruder are you using?

Extruder acceleration is still very high.
Have you selected relative extruder in the slicer? And reprap flavour? -
I'm using Cura, Will reduce current to 1000. Problem only happens to inside side of wall. I'm Using extruder that came with printer, it looks like it have that stepper motor http://www.steppermotorshop.com/anycubic-nema-17-stepper-motor-bipolar-1-5a-40ncm57-1oz-in-4-leads-for-3d-printer-or-cnc-parts/
I will upload gcode -
Also reduce your extruder acceleration.
Download and install the latest Cura. There is a i3 Mega profile already bundled in Cura. Make sure you set gcode flavour to reprap and set the extruder to relative mode -

Out of curiousity what happens if you print with two walls? To me it sounds like a slicer issue but I don't know. What is strange to me is that the g-code only references "wall-outer" and never wall-Inner until very late in the print. I am not sure that means anything as I use simplify3d and its been a long time since I used CURA. As @bartolomeus said, make sure you set the extruder to relative.

I will try to print two walls and will use slic3r too. I created second topic https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/5504/having-issue-printing-walls-with-duet-3d

Take a look at this post. Seems to be a similar issue.

Thank a lot for helping, I was able to make print quality little better (but still not good enough) by playing with Cura settings(mostly wall thickness). After I installed duet wifi I took Anycubic i3 Cura profile and changed flavor to reprap, for some reason same settings don't work for duet. Still working on it.
I have a question: with anycubic I didn't had to do wall thickness setting and other too and had great prints, is it just Duet wifi(reprap firmware) thing? Can duet wifi print with same print quality or better as marlin ?

Yes, most definitely.

Thank You, I think I was able to fix it, I changed extrusion factor on main page to 120% and temperature to 225 for pla, not sure what causing it, will test it tomorrow

Did you tune your heaters and did you perform a extrusion calibration test?
