Additional axis will not home properly

I've built a cartesian 3D printer which has a an additional axis for the tool bay. I got my mainboard 6hc and expansion board working great! Then my buddy used the printer and did some "resets" and know I'm getting a bazar bug.
When homing the toolbay axis ('e or 'f), the file calls to homeall.g. Previously this wasn't happening and now that call is having a lot of issues. I usually just home x, y, and z separately. Firmware versions is the same, idk what's going on. I've tried uploading old config files and home files, no such luck.

@Texas_Mike please share config.g and homing macro files (home/y/z/e/f.g, and homeall.g).
