Part cooling fan on toolboard not working

@nick9one1 by convention the part cooling fan should be fan0 and not fan1. Try M106 P1 S255 to see if that turns on your part cooling fan, and if yes, ideally swap the fan definitions so your slicer does the right thing automagically.
