      My duetwifi has been working fine. I purchased the Duex5 and connected it to the duetwifi using the provided 50 pin connector. But now I get these errors:

      Error: Short-to-ground on drivers 5 6 7 8 9
      Error: Over temperature shut down on drivers 5 6 7 8 9

      I do not have anything else connected other than the duetwifi and the 50 pin connector to the duex5. Are the errors simply because I don't have anything connected at the moment?

        By the way, the error messages happen as soon as I turn the printer on. The stepper motor drivers do not get hot.

          Nevermind, the problem went away after I connected power and ground to the Duex5.

          Idiot!
