[3.5.0-rc1] position persists after torque mode is enabled

not sure whether this is intended behavior but I noticed that when I attach an axis to a driver and then put the driver into torque mode the axis will remain "homed" and it's position isn't changing, even if the motor is spinning. Commanding a normal move to that axis will exit torque mode, move the axis and update it's position. Imo this shouldn't happen as we can't be sure that the position hasn't changed while the driver was in constant torque mode. (technically we could know because there'll be an encoder on the stepper)
