      I am building my first Duet (Jubilee) printer.

      I was able to follow and complete the first step, "Getting Connected to your Duet." I have a Duet 3 Mini Wifi and Web Control works when I am connected to my Duet over USB and powering the board from USB.

      I wanted to start adding the wiring step by step, so I first started with the power supply, confirmed it's putting out 24V, and I get all of the LEDs lit up on the Duet 3 as I should. But when powered this way, Web Control no longer works.

      If I unplug the 24V power supply and power the Duet 3 over USB again, then Web Control works.

      So my question is, is there a startup sequence that fails if all of the wiring isn't complete? If thermistors aren't connected, etc? Other things that I am missing?

          Well, for whatever reason, rebooting the machine a few times seems to have worked. Thanks for confirming that it should work without all of the wiring attached. Back to work on it!
