Fans not working

Fans all not working. I moved my duet2 wifi and mounted it in a slightly different location without disconnecting any wires. Then fans stopped working on all pins. This is my 3rd duet wifi and everyone has had fan problems. Here's my code which has worked up to now: ;

M950 F0 C"fan0" Q500 ; create fan 0 on pin fan0 and set its frequency
M106 P0 S0 H-1 ; set fan 0 value. Thermostatic control is turned off
M950 F1 C"fan1" Q500 ; create fan 1 on pin fan1 and set its frequency
M106 P1 S1 H1 T45There doesnt seem to be any power coming out the pins. Have connected a working fan and it also doesnt work on the duet.
Are there any work arounds?

@brian which duet 2 version do you have?
you may have blown the 1amp fuse for the fans -
@jay_s_uk not sure what version, its over a year old. Can the fuse be replaced?

@brian yea, if it's a 1.04, which it probably is, it's just a blade fuse
