Accelerometer results are somewhat inconcise

Doing some tuning and i've came to see that the accelerometer (1LC v1.2) results are pretty inconcise.
I started seing getting results that didin't match what i suspected when applying shapers, so i thought i should run several baseline tests to see if they stayed true.
I set the bed heater to 110c and let it heat the chamber up to equilibrium, and started running tests with the input shaping plugin. And the results surely reflect why i didn't get stable results on the ringing test prints.

Not saying the readings are wrong as of hardware or software issues just to be toally clear, but i'm a little curious if this is what one should suspect to see?
Would the best thing maybe be to run several base test and see what the mean is? On a plugin level maybe? Run 10 test, the plugin calulates the averages and moves on based on that? (Just thinking out loud here lol).
