New printer purchase suggestions

Hi all! I hadn't seen a new printer discussion in a little while, and I'm thinking about it, so I thought I'd ask here. Here's some relevant background and context.
I currently own two printers, first is an old Makerbot R2x that's been overhauled to run a Duet2 and 0.9 degree stepper. It's a good ABS printer and can operate in my unheated garage, but the build volume is small, even more so in that the bed just isn't flat.
Second printer is a heavily customized D-Bot that has maybe 280^3 build volume (clips) run by a Duet2. It's good for PETG (PEI sheet) but is kind of rickety and the carriage (Aero) is quite heavy, so I end up printing pretty slow. Also not enclosed.
I primarily print terrain and scatter for miniature tabletop (0.1-0.2mm layers), with the occasional Nerf blaster or some other silly thing. Almost exclusively ABS and PETG.
What I'd like is a printer that can sit in the unheated garage (so fully enclosed), have about a 300^3 build volume, able to print ABS and PETG, at 0.1-0.3mm layers, quickly. I'd like to control it with a Duet. I'd like to do this from a kit and end up with something common enough that I can benefit from a community for things like speed/acceleration/etc. settings. I'm willing to spend $1-2K on this.
Three options that sort of rise to the top are Voron, Ratrig, and Railcore. Voron community doesn't seem so hot on Duet, so maybe not Voron. The other two seem viable.
Comments? Alternatives I shouldn't overlook? Thanks for your help!

@paralepsis I'd consider a Jubilee too considering you can now get a full kit (in the US). That said it's perfectly viable to run Vorons, VCores, and Railcores with Duet hardware.
Caveat: I'm on the RatRig beta team and most duet related questions end up with me before they hit RatRig directly.

If you're not in a rush, the upcoming oozebot "elevate" could be a good option.

It uses the Duet 3 + toolboards, it's enclosed, and has a build volume of ~300mm^3.
Someone from oozebot is very active around the forum, and seeing their posts gives me a lot of confidence the printer will be well tested before release.
Biggest hangup is that it has not yet been released, and I reckon it may end up being above your budget, but hopefully we'll find out soon.

@oliof Thanks for the reinforcement of my initial thoughts. Jubilee does look good, but is apparently hard to enclose, which is pretty critical for my somewhat dirty and not heated space.

@hebigt Looks slick! I'll keep an eye on it, although I'll admit I'm leaning towards something that is already established.

@paralepsis, I would suggest to look seriously on the Voron V2.4 and the Voron Trident.t. They are well designed, have an active community around them, available as kits, can be easily customized if needed, and work well with Duet (e.g. Mini 5+).
