@terbospaghetti, I understand that Klicky may not be a good choice for your use case but the 'Doesn't pass the smell test' sounds as a very board statement.
As for BlTouch, it doesn't do well in heated chambers.
As for the magnets loosing their power, first there are magnets that stand 100C+ (e.g. https://mandalaroseworks.com/products/voron0-magbed) and second, the Klicky's measurement doesn't not depend on the strength of the magnetic field as is. the with BlTouch.
