Leaning or tilting untill next solid layer??? Delta 3D printer

Hello guys,

Anyone have this problem?
What happened is the print start off leaning to one side until next solid layer… Start by leaning to one side and when the next solid layer it start to go straight if there is a solid layer it start to leaning again???

What i have notice is:
M555 P1; It start straight and when there is a solid layer it start to leaning
M555 P0; It start leaning and when there is a solid layer it start to go straight

Things that i have do:

checked every belt and pulley ( use marker to check the alignment)
Use a dial to check every single axis if step per mm is accurate? ( 160step/mm , 0.98mm to 1.02mm)

I use simplify3d as my slicer. Can someone please give me a clue on this it is so frustrating maybe i did something wrong but i just couldn't figure it out.
