Pop noise and flashing lights

I was attempting to install a bltouch to my duet board and i must not have wired it correctly because the first time i tried testing it I kept getting the VIN overload message. I switched 2 wires around, heard a pop noise and now the board wont really turn on. I tried checking the fuses but now when I turn it on the lights on the board all endlessly flash until i turn it back off or disconnect it from my laptop. Is the board broken? There doesn't appear to be any visible damage
