Submit interpreter on the DUET

Is it possible that the DUET's can Handle an additional Submit Interpreter?
like a PLC?to be clear: a macro/task that is called every.. maybe 100ms. to execute Messages / Stuff that i want to be executed / checked in the Background.

You can create daemon.g which loops in the background.
I think it's about every second, but that would depend on what's in it. -
