Duet 2 - fault of temperature control

We have Duet 2 Main board (419.1712) and we use it for more than 1 year.
A month ago, Duet 2 began to mismanage the print head temperature. This is because the nozzle is slightly melted and the material jams in the feeder. During the test protocol for the temperature M303 h1 s240, a strange warning message began to appear at the end of the test, which I am sending in the attachment. I replaced the PT 100 temperature sensor, I replaced the PT100 daughter board, I replaced the heating cartridges. The warning message always appears during the temperature test m303 h1 s240. Could you please help us with this problem?
