Is it okay to address T1 as U on an IDEX while mapped to X?

When parking the second tool, I refer to it as U in macros just... because I feel like it I guess. Is there a problem with doing this? I notice that it prints fine with both tools, but the U axis position is reported as the last place I commanded U to, even while it was mapped to X.
Is this a problem?
I'm running 2.05.1.
