M581 C2 option to trigger when not printing

There are options for triggering always, when printing, but not when NOT printing.
I would like to set trigger that is active when printer is not printing.
One of the cases - power switch mapped to IO pin and triggerer to turn the printer off, but I would like it to work only when printer is in idle.
I know this can be worked around by triggering always and conditional code, but still this way seems more clean for me.
