IDEX Dual Copy Mode Mesh Bed Level

I was just wondering when I'm using Mesh bed leveling with my IDEX in copy mode is it leveling per the axis that the z probe is on, or is it taking in to account both the X and U axis's?
In my case I dont think it is as I get better results with mesh level turned off in copy mode and it turned on in single mode.

In addition to this. This IDEX also uses independent z leveling on a kinematic coupling. Instead of just moving the bed up and down, wouldn't it be more ideal if the bed also tilted to match the height of both nozzles instead of just one?
