Run-out sensor on duet2 expansion connector

It's possible to use a endstop on expansion connector on Duet 2 with RRF3 ?
Edit : I could use the Z endstop because BLTOUCH is on the probe connector, so the Z endstop is free

here is a sample which uses the z endstop:
