Can anyone recommend an "official" video on setting up the Duet3D 6HC?

Hi Jim, such a video doesn't really exist, because its not possible to cover all the various types of printers in one video.

I would start with a wiring diagram (what hardware goes to what Duet connector) and the RepRap configurator https://configtool.reprapfirmware.org/Start (and later tweak manually the generated config files as needed).
[considering the veracity of machines that use the Duet I think it will be very difficult to cover all or most cases. That's the cost of having customized and one-of use cases]
