Moog smartmotors SM2315D - any way to use?

I have a bunch of SM2315D motors I rescued from an equipment and it seems a waste not to use them on a 3d printer. Does anyone know how/if there is any way I could use them with a Duet Wifi?

Well the pin out shows step & dir inputs so you could use them with step/dir/enable in the same way you would use external drivers which is essentially what they are (except these have a motor attached also).
It looks like they could be controlled in a variety of more sophisticated ways though.
You'll need to work out how to set the current and microstepping mode as well as I suspect a whole bunch of other parameters.
But they look pretty good.
