Cooling fan weirdness

I have three fans on my printer with a duet wifi. Hotend fan, case fan and part cooling blower. All was working well but then I noticed print issues that looked like it was a part cooling issue.

On further investigation I noticed that during a print the part cooling fan was not spinning.

As soon as I cancel the print the part cooling fan starts to spin. With the panel duo I can speed the fan up and slow it down. However as soon as a print job starts the fan stops.

I have checked my slicer (prusa slicer) and the cooling is set to always on and enable auto cooling with a minimum of 35% and a max of 100%.

When printing the panel duo shows the fan should be spinning but the fan is completely off.

Any idea where to look?

Seems to have sorted itself. I disconnected then reconnected the fan and its working how it should again.
