My best benchy to date
-
Well I believe I've done my best benchy to date with my printer. .15 layer height , petg 30-40mms ! Switching my hot end to 24v has helped a lots since I can finally utilise my cooling with out issue .

Not bad overhangs look great try using different LW LH combos and you could even get it better wht LW and LH did you use here
.4 nozzle with .4 LW and .2 LH is my guess what material is this? -
@rexx material is PETG , printed at 200C , with a .4mm nozzle with .2 layer height and .4 wide , at 40mm/s

@dad003 200c on petg? That's pretty low. I usually print around 230 on a bed slinger and 245-250 on a delta.

@dad003 How did this print so well at 200 lol. I run petg at 230 as well (slow speeds, high volume)
Interesting that it looks fairly shiny. Cold prints (in petg and pla at least) usually turn out a bit matte on the surface, not shiny at all. And they are weak as hell in the layer bonding.
Are you sure your hotend thermistor is set up well?
