Print is smaller than model in STL file
-
Yep...forgot to mention I also tried configuring for 100 on steppers, but that just messes everything else when it comes to measurements, and wasn't able to get it to print like this. And like I said printer worked for at least 1 full year with those settings without problems.
this is the config.bak

@andreic config-override not config.bak
-
@jay_s_uk Sorry. Misread. there is no config override.
-
@andreic ah, just assumed you'd have one after running G32 and saving the settings.
Can you post an example gcode file? might have to change the file extension -
@jay_s_uk
Sure. Here is the cube AKLP_xyzCalibration_cube.txt -
@andreic that gcode looks correct.
do you have your old config? -
@jay_s_uk
unfortunately, I don't have the old one that worked but I'm pretty sure that it wasn't different. -
@andreic what type of rods do you have?
-
carbon rods + ball links 286 mm
-
@andreic did you tried to reinstall the previous version so you can check if it is something related to the fw or the config file?
-
@zabana
Yeh...I finally gave up trying to fix it and reset everything and reinstalled everything from scratch (software-wise)... works fine now.Thanks for your suggestions guys. Cheers
