Both temp readings showing 2000 degrees

hi al both my temp readings hotend and bed started showing 2000 degree partway through a print and now i cant get either heater to work it just says there is a fault with the heater ive tried a new thermister in the hotend and still showing 2000 degrees, ive tried reinstalling firmare same issue, iver checked the wiring and just about everything i can think of now im stuck . any help please

2000 means either the thermistor is not connected, or bad – unlikely, most likely you didn't enable it in config.g. I had that problem -- had PID set, but didn't have it enabled.

the vssa fuse had blown the fan wire had melted to the heater block causing a short but all fixed now
