duet v2 send gcode

Hello,
I will send the data I read from another card to duet v2 in the form of gcode. I have some questions regarding this.

1. How big is the buffer size? How big of a code should I read and send? 128kb. 256 kb. etc.
2. Is there an option to send codes if not busy?
