Extruder head running into printer

I've installed a bltouch, glass print bed and bantamount which appears to have dropped the extruder about 2 mm. Now when I try to print with it, the extruder drops too low for the bed and drags along the glass. I'm certain it's due to something in my code but I just cant figure it out

@messiahman have you rechecked your probe trigger height? thats the z value in G31
