SSR Issues? AC not turning on despite proper DC Input???

As the post states Im having issues with my SSR for my new SIlicone Heater Pad that is AC Powered 120volt. Ive tested the new SIlicone Heater Pad and it properly, AND Promptly heats up whenever it is plugged directly into the wall outlet. However I an now on my second SSR or Solid State Relay cause I thought the first one was a dud. Well I got the second SSR but this time from a highly reviewed company but it is acting just like the first SSR that I got. Whenever I activate the heater bed which is set/configured to run off of Out1 and so whenever Iturn on activate Out1 for the I immediately see the DC voltage shoot up to 24vdc like it should though I never ee anything on the AC side of the SSR so it just remains with no AC or DC power for that matter start to trickle/output out of the AC side of the SSR so I dont know what I am missing. Ive testeed the entire wiring config Ive got going on which is pretty simple and straightforward. I am not giving up on this project as I truly wanted to use this AC Powered Silicone Heater Pad cause it is way faster and more efficient to heat up my huge Chiron bed which is 410mm X 430mm.
Does anybody have anything to add am I missing something here? The Out1 which is configured for the Bed outputs 24vdc into the DC Input side of the SSR. Then it is supposed to transform that DC voltage into AC voltage which then will heat up the SIlicone Heater Pad or am I missing somehing cause surely Ididnt get two defective SSR one is made by Ink Bird the second one I purchased is made by Uxcell and I know reviews can be as fake as mayo fettucine alfredo but both were highly reviewed for th most part so what gives guys and gals of this here Forum I hope someone could have something to add thatd be most amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you verified polarity of the DC voltage ... I don't know what hardware you are using but the 'outputs' on a Duet are not normally 'outputs as such but switches to ground. You would have +24V on the positive side of the SSR and then run the negative from the SSR to out1.
You should always have +24 on the positive side but the negative side is +24 when switched off and zero when switched on.
Does your SSR have an LED to indicate being switched on? Does it show being switched on at any point?

For every SSR I've seen, you need to set the PWM frequency very low.
Try Q10 in your M950 command and see if that helps.

Try with a 9-volt battery first to make sure it turns on and triggers. Keep in mind, you need a live and a return line (ideally plus a ground). If the neutral line isn’t open (possibly triggered from a SSR) it’ll still look like it doesn’t work.As the other have said, If you pass the 9V test, check your pwm frequency and correct wiring.
Also make sure you haven’t blown the SSR. :). I had a few problems with knockoffs so make sure you have a good relay to begin with.
