      I am having a problem in getting my extruder to heat. Reading through some of the comments I think that I should update the firmware in my duet to 3.1.1 however I have downloaded this as a .bin file that I cannot open with windows 10. I am sure that there is something i am doing wrong but cannot find it

        you need to update to 3.0 first.
