which revision of the duet board is it? from the orientation it is not one of the current ones so the part may differ.
edit: any supplier like digikey mouser farnell rs arrow and so on, ref for schematics and part numbers https://github.com/T3P3/Duet/tree/master/Duet2/Old versions

@bearer oh sorry forgot to put it in there its a duet 2 maestro v1.0

maestro v1.0
ehm, it kinda shows on the picture when one opens ones eyes...
schematics are mostly in the same place though. https://github.com/T3P3/Duet/blob/master/Duet2/Duet2Maestro_v1.0/Duet2Maestro_Schematic_v1.0.pdf
and the part is a AP7361C-33E-13
edit: you can desolder the part and inject 3.3v (current limited to 200mA) to any 3.3v pin to test the board before ordering the part, cpu and ethernet run off 3.3v. most likely of you just shorted 3.3v and ground the damage should be limited to that regulator.

@bearer thank you I'm going to order this part and hope it fixes it
