Configuring Pause

In the Duet Web Control when I select Pause, the print head moves to the end of Y-axis opposite of the endstop. If I resume the print it is out of alignment. How do I configure Pause to move the head to the X and Y endstops?

Pause will do whatever is in /sys/pause.g
