heats up once, then no more

got some strange behavior.

install an E3D Chimera+ with 2 heaters. First time they heat up fine. 2nd time, they heat up a lot slower and don´t reach more than 140.

Any ideas?

Have you run the auto calibration?

Yes. Ran it on the first heater when i noticed it didn´t reach temp. Failed to reach temp.

On the 2nd heater, the pid tuning was the first run .... ran fine but afterwards same behavior as first heater.

already swapped out pt100 with a spare one, same result so it is not the pt100.

Don´t have a spare heater to test with this weekend
