Duet 2 Mastero Thermisors not sensing properly.
-
So I recently bought myself a Duet 2 Mastero as my choice of motherboard when building my custom 3d printer. Upon booting and testing everything about the board I've been attempting to use a thermistor that came with my new bed that I bought. Since I did not know what the exact measurement of the thermistor I used a volt meter to measure the resistance at room temperature and put in a B value that may not have been perfect but should have yielded results good enough for testing. No matter what I seem to do from editing the firmware or applying different levels of resistance to the leads, I cannot get any of the thermistor ports to work. The readout on the web interface is always 2000 degrees C no matter what I do to it.
Any suggestions?

post your config.g. also post your m122 output.
2000c normally means there is a short in the wiring of the thermistor, check with a multimeter.

i think 2000c indicates an open circuit to reflect the negative temperature coefficient of ntc thermistors (pt100 may be the other way around as they're positive but been a while since i used the pt100 daughter board so don't quote me on that)
could still be suspect wiring but could also be you're using the wrong input? show your wiring and config?
edit: wasn't sure if the maestro had a vssa fuse, but seems rev 1.0 does at least, if it has failed then that would also result in all inputs showing 2000C, so check the fuse.
